As you enter the college, navigators can help you with help and information about application steps, applying for financial aid, registration, and more. Once you select your program, you will also be assigned an academic advisor.
Navigators are your go-to point of contact for information and processes. Your navigator provides customer service and connects you to college resources. Come to the Welcome Center at any of our six campuses, email a navigator (en español: email a navigator) or call 704.330.2722.
Your advisor is your academic guide as you progress in your for-college-credit program. Advisors help you explore your academic interests to determine which courses you should take next for your program. They can also connect you with resources for additional information and support.
Your personal academic advisor will be assigned once you declare a program.
